You will own specific product areas within Doit's AI Neobank, such as insurance, payments, or investing. Your focus is on understanding user problems, defining roadmaps, and collaborating with engineering and design to ship simple, effective financial tools.
This position requires turning complex financial concepts into usable customer journeys. You will use data and feedback to drive iterations, balancing speed, compliance, and user experience while working with global teams.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Translate complex financial products into simple customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and processes
- Proven track record of shipping real products with engineers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Based in the United States with strong English communication
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments sectors
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
