You will own specific product areas within the AI Neobank App, such as insurance, payments, or investing. Your focus is on understanding user problems, defining scope, and collaborating with design and engineering to ship simple, effective customer journeys.
The team values builders who can make decisions with incomplete information and drive execution without excessive process. You will use data and feedback to iterate on features after launch, ensuring they meet business and compliance needs.
What you'll do
- Own product areas like insurance, payments, savings, or travel
- Define user problems, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams
- Translate complex financial products into simple user journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions
- Launch features and monitor performance for iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or founder
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work with engineers to ship real products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to drive work independently
- Based in Australia with strong English communication
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
