You will own specific product areas within BJAK's AI Stockbroking platform, focusing on simplifying complex financial workflows into usable customer journeys. Working closely with engineering, design, and data teams, you will define roadmaps, launch features, and drive iterations based on user feedback and performance metrics.
What you'll do
- Define product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Translate complex financial products into simple user journeys
- Use data and feedback to inform product decisions and improvements
- Launch features, monitor performance, and drive post-launch iterations
- Balance speed, user experience, business impact, and compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, or similar
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and solve user problems
- Proven track record of shipping real products with engineering teams
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work independently with limited guidance
- Based in the United States with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, payments, or consumer apps
- Experience with high-growth products or startup environments
