You will own product areas within BJAK's AI Stockbroking platform, focusing on simplifying complex financial products into usable customer journeys. Working with global teams, you will define roadmaps, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive rapid iterations based on data and user feedback.
The company aims to help people in Southeast Asia manage their money better through insurance, savings, and investing tools. You will collaborate closely with design, data, and compliance teams to ship high-impact features quickly.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Translate complex financial products into simple user journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and regulatory compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Technical PO, or similar role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and processes
- Proven track record of shipping real products with engineers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and post-launch data
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work independently
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
