Doit aims to make finance smart, accessible, and safe through AI-driven tools for spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Owner in the AI Stockbroking team, you will own specific product areas, turning complex financial concepts into simple customer journeys.
You will work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to define roadmaps, launch features, and iterate based on user feedback and metrics. The company values builders who prioritize execution and user problems over rigid processes.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Launch features and monitor performance for continuous improvement
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and ability to drive work with limited guidance
- Based in the Netherlands with strong English communication
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
- Experience as a founder or growth operator
