You will own specific product areas within the AI Stockbroking platform, focusing on insurance, payments, or investing. Your goal is to translate complex financial concepts into simple user journeys while working closely with design and engineering teams.
The team operates globally with a focus on speed and iteration. You will define roadmaps, set success metrics, and drive improvements based on data and user feedback after launch.
What you'll do
- Define product scope, roadmaps, and launch plans for financial services
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Monitor feature performance and balance speed with compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and processes
- Proven track record of shipping products with engineering teams
- Comfortable using metrics and experiments for decision making
- Excellent writing and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Based in Portugal with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
