Doit aims to make finance smart, accessible, and safe through AI-driven tools. As a Product Owner in the AI Stockbroking team, you will own specific product areas such as investing or payments. You will define user problems, manage roadmaps, and work closely with design and engineering to ship simple customer journeys from complex financial products.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Translate complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Balance speed, user experience, and regulatory compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and processes
- Proven track record of shipping real products with engineers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Based in Spain with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
