You will own specific product areas within the AI Stockbroking platform, focusing on insurance, payments, savings, or investing. Your main goal is to translate complex financial concepts into simple user journeys while working closely with design and engineering teams.
The team values rapid iteration and data-driven decision-making. You will define roadmaps, monitor feature performance, and drive continuous improvements after launch without requiring perfect information upfront.
What you'll do
- Define product scope, success metrics, and launch plans for financial services
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to guide product decisions and iterations
- Balance speed, user experience, and regulatory compliance
- Monitor feature performance and drive post-launch improvements
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar operational role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and solve user problems
- Proven track record of shipping real products with engineers
- Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership mindset with ability to work independently
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- Familiarity with experimental methods and post-launch learning
