You will take ownership of product implementation and development feedback loops, ensuring the virtual fencing system delivers tangible value to graziers. This position requires close collaboration with the central product team in New Zealand and direct engagement with farmers to drive innovation and customer success.
What you'll do
- Provide product feedback to ensure development aligns with farmer needs
- Lead projects from design through to execution and conclusion
- Share knowledge about Australian farming contexts with the wider team
- Partner with Business Development and Account Management for alignment
- Initiate improvements to benefit farmers and their livestock
- Support strategic customers in maximizing product utilization
- Set up virtual fencing systems for new farmers across Australia
What you'll need
- Mandatory prior farming experience and passion for animals
- Interest in agritech and willingness to learn technical details
- Experience leading cross-functional projects or research trials
- Ability to think critically and solve complex problems innovatively
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including weekends
