You will validate features, identify issues, and collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to deliver high-performing user experiences. The team focuses on structured testing and clear documentation to continuously improve product quality for over 100 million users worldwide.
What you'll do
- Perform smoke and regression testing for new releases and updates
- Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and report bugs with clarity and accuracy
- Support bug triage processes with developers and product teams
- Manage test cases using tools like TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray
- Log issues and monitor progress via Jira or Asana
- Validate functionality across various browsers and mobile devices
- Use browser developer tools to inspect elements and troubleshoot
What you'll need
- 1 to 3+ years of experience in manual software testing or QA
- Solid understanding of smoke, regression, and bug reporting concepts
- Experience with at least one test management tool (e.g., TestRail)
- Proficiency with project management tools like Jira or Asana
- Exposure to testing across different browsers and mobile devices
- Basic understanding of browser developer tools
- Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail
Nice to have
- Familiarity with mobile and web application testing best practices
- Experience executing detailed test cases and maintaining documentation
- Participation in bug triage discussions and reporting
- Basic familiarity with JSON structures and HTML
