You will validate features and identify issues for the company's AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner. Working closely with product managers, developers, and designers, you will help deliver smooth user experiences through structured testing and clear documentation.
What you'll do
- Perform smoke and regression testing for new releases
- Execute manual test cases for web and mobile apps
- Identify, document, and report bugs accurately
- Support bug triage with developers and product teams
- Manage test cases using tools like TestRail or Xray
- Log issues and monitor progress in Jira or Asana
- Validate functionality across browsers and devices
- Use browser developer tools for troubleshooting
What you'll need
- 1-3+ years in manual software testing or QA
- Understanding of smoke and regression testing
- Experience with test management tools like Zephyr
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira
- Exposure to cross-browser and mobile device testing
- Basic understanding of browser developer tools
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Nice to have
- Familiarity with mobile and web testing best practices
- Experience maintaining detailed test documentation
- Participation in bug triage discussions
- Basic familiarity with JSON structures and HTML
