Join Pluralis Research to advance Protocol Learning by training large models on decentralized consumer devices. As an intern, you will work on Agora, our production system, shipping real roadmap projects rather than side experiments. You will collaborate with engineers running multi-node training at scale.
What you'll do
- Design and ship a scoped project on the Agora roadmap
- Build multiprocessing and async I/O components
- Improve threading within the distributed training stack
- Work with large-scale training infrastructure on AWS or GCP
- Contribute daily to the production codebase with mentorship
What you'll need
- Current or recent Masters or PhD in ML or Computer Science
- Strong proficiency in Python and PyTorch
- Experience building concurrent or parallel systems
- Hands-on exposure to distributed machine learning
- Experience with cloud providers like AWS or GCP
- Professional-level written and spoken English
Nice to have
- Top-tier ML publications
- Open-source contributions to ML frameworks
- Contributions to distributed systems or networking libraries
