You will develop solutions for Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Certinia PSA, connecting them to NetSuite and other enterprise tools. The position requires balancing technical development with declarative configuration and troubleshooting production issues.
Working with stakeholders and project leads, you will translate business requirements into secure, scalable Salesforce solutions. You will use AI tooling for code generation while ensuring rigorous review and testing standards are met.
What you'll do
- Build custom invocable Apex actions and prompt templates for Agentforce
- Develop Apex REST services and GraphQL interfaces following versioning guidelines
- Implement OAuth 2.0 flows and manage secret handling securely
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines using SFDX and automated test execution
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and design solutions
- Diagnose production issues using logs and Event Monitoring data
- Document architecture, API specs, and runbooks for review
What you'll need
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development with Apex and LWC
- Experience building custom Apex REST/SOAP or GraphQL APIs
- Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, JWT bearer, and client credentials flows
- Proficiency in asynchronous Apex and managing governor limits
- Expertise in secure coding practices including CRUD/FLS enforcement
- Experience with source-driven development using SFDX and Git
- Ability to integrate Salesforce with external systems via API or middleware
- Clear written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Nice to have
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks like React or Next.js
- Familiarity with Service Cloud and Salesforce Knowledge
- Knowledge of Experience Cloud models and LWR sites
- Understanding of Certinia PSA data model
- Experience with middleware tools such as Boomi or MuleSoft
- Background in SOX-regulated or audited environments
