This position requires deep expertise in large language models and workflow management. You will integrate various LLMs, design evaluation frameworks, and ensure data privacy while collaborating with product and frontend teams to deliver seamless AI experiences.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain platforms for creating and managing AI agents
- Orchestrate multiple LLMs for scalable individual and coordinated operations
- Build complex workflows using frameworks like LangGraph
- Develop evaluation frameworks for testing agent performance and dynamics
- Implement solutions for AI privacy and data protection compliance
- Integrate search capabilities to provide agents with information access
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience
What you'll need
- Experience working with multiple LLMs such as OpenAI or Anthropic
- Expertise in orchestration software like LangGraph
- Background in developing evaluation frameworks for AI systems
- Strong understanding of AI fundamentals with backend engineering focus
- Experience handling AI privacy scenarios and secure data handling
- Knowledge of search technologies and their integration into AI systems
