You will design and maintain backend systems for an AI platform that transforms contact centers using Large Language Models. Working with a team of experts, you will deliver high-impact features that provide real-time insights and enhance agent performance.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute entire product features used by millions of customers
- Design and code solutions for broadly defined technical problems
- Drive engineering best practices and maintain high code quality
- Collaborate on architecture and design for new and existing systems
- Work in an agile environment to deliver high-quality products
- Address customer issues directly to ensure smooth operations
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top engineering institute
- 3-6 years of backend experience with a top technology company
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with Django
- Solid understanding of relational databases and REST API design
- Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and OOP principles
- Ability to work night shifts in India to match EST hours
Nice to have
- Experience with FastAPI and MongoDB
- Background in real-time or streaming backend systems
- Familiarity with LLM-backed search or RAG technologies
- Some machine learning experience, particularly in NLP
