As a Senior Deployment Engineer, you will own the deployment lifecycle, ensuring secure and efficient setup of our AI-driven search platform across multi-cloud infrastructures.
You will collaborate with backend engineers and clients to optimize pipelines, build automation tools, and resolve technical issues. This position offers autonomy in decision-making and direct impact on client adoption and satisfaction.
What you'll do
- Lead client-specific deployments and onboarding in cloud-native or hybrid setups
- Design deployment processes prioritizing scalability, security, and reliability
- Integrate the platform with enterprise systems like document repositories and ticketing tools
- Collaborate with backend engineers to optimize deployment pipelines and performance
- Build automation scripts and tooling to reduce manual operational tasks
- Troubleshoot deployment issues alongside client internal engineering teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and promote best practices internally and externally
What you'll need
- 5+ years in deployment, DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering
- Deep experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms
- Strong background in containerization, specifically Kubernetes
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and IaC tools like Terraform and Helm
- Knowledge of secure networking, identity management (SAML, OIDC), and APIs
- Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Okta, ServiceNow, or Salesforce
- Experience with observability platforms like Grafana, Splunk, or Datadog
- Programming skills in Go, Python, or similar languages
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities and clear communication with stakeholders
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Golang programming language
- Experience deploying on-premises enterprise solutions
- Background in search, data pipelines, or distributed systems
