This hands-on position requires strong conceptual thinking and the ability to manage projects from early exploration to final delivery. You will collaborate with creative leadership and clients to push boundaries and raise design standards.
What you'll do
- Create brand identities, visual systems, websites, and campaign assets
- Develop distinctive creative directions from concept to realization
- Own projects end-to-end, ensuring details are managed effectively
- Present concepts to clients and articulate creative decision-making
- Collaborate with strategists, developers, and other designers
- Contribute to critiques and help improve studio quality standards
What you'll need
- 3-7 years of design experience, ideally in an agency setting
- Strong portfolio showing typography, composition, and identity work
- Ability to develop concepts rather than just executing layouts
- High reliability and ownership without needing constant supervision
- Comfortable presenting work and navigating client feedback
- Capable of switching between big-picture thinking and detailed execution
