Join the engineering team at Super.com to develop product features for fintech, travel, and SuperApp experiences. You will work across the stack, leveraging AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining high engineering standards.
The company supports an AI-first workflow where engineers actively use tools for coding, debugging, and system design. This position offers opportunities to grow into Staff Engineer or Engineering Management roles.
What you'll do
- Ship projects end-to-end using AI tools to accelerate development and iteration
- Build and operate features across frontend and backend services
- Contribute to system design and solve complex technical challenges
- Mentor junior engineers through feedback and technical guidance
- Participate in weekly on-call rotations for production service health
- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape the product roadmap
- Use data and experiments to inform building decisions
What you'll need
- 4+ years of professional software development experience
- 2+ years working with Python or Node.js on the backend
- 2+ years with modern frontend frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular
- Active use of AI in development workflow for coding and debugging
- Experience building web services and tackling system design challenges
- Strong communication skills for agile team collaboration
- Ability to drive complex projects with strong ownership
Nice to have
- Strength in SQL and analytics
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts and practices
- Experience writing end-to-end or browser-based tests
- Background in startup environments
- Experience driving AI adoption in team workflows
