What you'll do
- Create design assets for marketing, social media, web, and ads
- Produce short-form motion content and visual stories
- Translate creative briefs into on-brand, conversion-focused visuals
- Collaborate with content and performance marketing teams

- Mentor junior designers and support team growth
What you'll need
- 5–8 years of experience in graphic or motion design
- Strong portfolio showing clean execution and storytelling
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and motion tools
- Ability to work fast and meet tight deadlines
- Strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience producing short-form ads or commercial assets
- Background in performance marketing or startup environments
- Knowledge of sound editing or basic VFX
- Familiarity with AI tools for concepting and production
- Experience mentoring other designers
