You will lead the product strategy and execution for the Apono platform, ensuring seamless integration with 1Password. Your goal is to create a cohesive user experience across workflows, integrations, and product areas.
Reporting to the Director of Product, you will guide a team of Product Managers while collaborating with Engineering, Design, and GTM stakeholders. You will drive roadmap alignment and deliver secure access governance solutions for enterprise customers.
What you'll do
- Set strategic direction for the Apono platform and its integration with 1Password
- Own roadmap execution, prioritization, and tradeoff decisions
- Guide release planning, dependency management, and launch readiness
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Product Managers
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to align delivery
- Engage with customers to identify access management challenges
What you'll need
- 8+ years of product management experience in B2B environments
- 2+ years leading or mentoring Product Managers
- Experience managing roadmaps and cross-functional delivery
- Strong technical orientation and ability to partner with Engineering
- Background in cybersecurity, IAM, or cloud infrastructure
- Experience with AI, automation, or SaaS platform integrations
Nice to have
- Experience managing Designers
- Knowledge of privileged access management or DevOps
