What you'll do
- Lead strategy and execution of real-world evidence programs and health economics models
- Translate complex real-world data into actionable insights for commercial growth
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at scientific conferences
- Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to integrate evidence into messaging
- Serve as internal subject matter expert on HEOR methodologies
What you'll need
- Master’s degree or PhD in Health Economics, Public Health, or related field
- 5+ years experience analyzing claims/clinical datasets and publishing research
- 3+ years business experience in startup or high-growth environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS for advanced data modeling
- Experience designing repeatable AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency
