Join Bankjoy's mobile team to develop digital banking products for community banks and credit unions. You will design and maintain high-performance iOS applications, focusing on user experience and code quality while collaborating with product and design teams.
What you'll do
- Develop native iOS solutions with a focus on UI and UX best practices
- Architect robust and maintainable applications aligned with product goals
- Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver features
- Troubleshoot complex performance issues and resolve product bugs
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines and improve development workflows
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct thorough code reviews
- Write unit tests to ensure application reliability and stability
What you'll need
- 7+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of focused iOS development experience
- Strong proficiency in Swift and modern iOS frameworks
- Experience with architecture patterns like MVVM or VIPER
- Proven track record of shipping scalable iOS applications
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and backend integration
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Nice to have
- Experience with modern AI tools
- Background in high-growth startup environments
- Expertise in TDD and UI testing practices
