Join Zencastr's engineering team to develop end-to-end AI systems and core microservices. You will collaborate with research scientists and data scientists to prototype and productize machine learning solutions at the intersection of speech processing and long-term user happiness.
What you'll do
- Design and develop state-of-the-art ML applications for podcasters
- Collaborate with partners to build new product features
- Advance audio and text capabilities within the ML team
- Work with signal processing experts on model development
- Lead design and implementation of major software components
What you'll need
- Postgraduate degree in ML, Math, CS or related field
- 5+ years of experience with Python
- 3+ years in ML research with a focus on speech
- 3+ years training or deploying neural networks
- Experience with PyTorch, Tensorflow, or Scikit-Learn
- Background in building production-ready ML systems
- Experience with cloud technologies like GCP, AWS, or Modal
Nice to have
- Publications in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with modern speech processing frameworks
- Strong DevOps and advanced DSP skills
- Familiarity with MongoDB or SQL
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Background in building APIs and load testing
