Lead a team of cloud engineers responsible for governing, securing, and optimizing Delinea’s multi-cloud infrastructure. You will manage daily operations, enforce governance policies across Azure and AWS, and handle identity lifecycle management while supporting compliance initiatives like FedRAMP.
What you'll do
- Manage a small team of cloud engineers including hiring and performance reviews
- Translate strategic initiatives into actionable work items and backlog tasks
- Enforce cloud governance policies across Azure, AWS, and SaaS platforms
- Oversee Microsoft Entra tenants and identity lifecycle management processes
- Manage hardware security key procurement and phishing-resistant auth policies
- Monitor cloud spending and implement cost optimization strategies
- Contribute hands-on code for policy enforcement and automation tools
What you'll need
- 7+ years in cloud engineering, operations, or governance roles
- 3+ years of direct people management experience leading technical teams
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and cross-tenant architectures
- Strong understanding of IAM fundamentals like SAML, OIDC, and RBAC
- Proficiency with Terraform, PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting
- Experience with cloud policy frameworks such as Azure Policy or AWS SCPs
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and cloud costs
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated environments like FedRAMP or SOC 2
- Familiarity with Microsoft Government Cloud or Azure Government
- Knowledge of AWS Organizations and consolidated billing models
- Understanding of Zero Trust security frameworks
- Relevant certifications from Microsoft or AWS
- Experience with KQL or Azure Resource Graph for reporting
