You will lead a team of engineers, defining technical roadmaps and ensuring reliable, secure, and cost-effective cloud operations for enterprise AI solutions.
What you'll do
- Mentor and lead a team of DevOps engineers
- Define infrastructure roadmap aligned with business goals
- Architect cloud infrastructure for production SaaS hosting
- Optimize Kubernetes clusters for GPU workloads
- Implement GitOps practices using ArgoCD
- Establish Infrastructure as Code standards with Terraform
- Define monitoring and observability strategies
- Collaborate with ML engineers on training infrastructure
- Manage cloud cost optimization and FinOps strategies
What you'll need
- At least 7 years in cloud infrastructure and DevOps
- 5+ years in technical leadership roles
- Strong experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes and GPU workload optimization
- Extensive knowledge of cloud networking and security
- Proficiency in Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with GitOps tools, preferably ArgoCD
- 3+ years of Python programming experience
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools
Nice to have
- Experience with ML workflow tools like MLflow or Kubeflow
- Knowledge of FastAPI and backend applications
- Familiarity with Databricks or Snowflake
- SRE practices or cloud security certifications
- Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog
- Background in scaling infrastructure for AI startups
