Join BJAK, a leading insurance and financial platform in Southeast Asia, as a Senior Motion Designer. You will drive the visual direction for campaigns, product explainers, and social content while maintaining high technical standards.
This position involves mentoring junior team members and developing reusable motion systems. You will work closely with marketing and product teams to translate objectives into engaging animated stories.
What you'll do
- Lead motion graphics design for marketing campaigns and product explainers
- Create storyboards and animation sequences aligned with brand goals
- Mentor junior motion designers and guide creative execution
- Develop reusable templates to streamline production workflows
- Collaborate with video editors and graphic designers on multimedia content
- Experiment with advanced VFX and 3D animation techniques
What you'll need
- 5+ years of professional experience in motion design or animation
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced motion design work
- Excellent English communication skills for global collaboration
- Must be currently based in the Philippines
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics or related field
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Cinema 4D or Blender
- Experience with Premiere Pro and other motion tools
