As a Senior Motion Designer, you will drive the visual direction for campaigns, product explainers, and social content. You will work with a lean, high-output team to elevate brand storytelling through motion.
What you'll do
- Lead motion graphics design for marketing, product, and social channels
- Create storyboards and animation sequences aligned with brand goals
- Mentor junior motion designers and guide creative execution
- Develop reusable templates to streamline production workflows
- Collaborate with video editors and graphic designers on multimedia content
- Experiment with advanced VFX and 3D animation techniques
What you'll need
- 5+ years of professional experience in motion design or animation
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics or related field
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced motion design work
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Must be currently based in Australia
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Cinema 4D or Blender
- Experience with Premiere Pro
