Join TensorWave's operations team to ensure the reliability of cloud infrastructure supporting AI and GPU compute. You will manage day-to-day network maintenance, troubleshoot complex connectivity issues, and develop automation scripts to streamline production environments.
What you'll do
- Operate and maintain large-scale Ethernet fabrics
- Participate in on-call rotation for incident response
- Execute hardware replacements and network upgrades
- Troubleshoot latency, packet loss, and connectivity
- Support continuous scale-out of production networks
- Build automation tooling using Python, Go, or Ansible
What you'll need
- 5+ years of data center network operations experience
- Experience with Juniper, Cisco, Arista, or Whitebox
- Proficiency in Junos, IOS/IOS-XE, NX-OS, EOS, or SONiC
- Hands-on experience with large Ethernet and edge networks
- Strong understanding of scale-up vs scale-out architectures
- Proven track record operating production networks at scale
Nice to have
- Experience in 100G+ network environments
- Familiarity with optical standards like 400G/800G
- Exposure to AI, GPU, or HPC workloads
- Skills in network APIs, SDKs, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with telemetry and log parsing for triage
