You will join Popl's in-house design team to unify and elevate the product experience across web dashboards and mobile apps. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will evolve the design system, streamline complex B2B workflows, and establish robust design operations.
This position suits a senior individual contributor who thrives in fast-paced startup environments. You will balance speed with quality, making key decisions to transform real-world interactions into measurable revenue pipelines.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end design for Popl’s web dashboard and mobile application
- Build component libraries to ensure visual consistency across platforms
- Strengthen design processes and introduce quality assurance practices
- Simplify complex B2B workflows into intuitive user experiences
- Conduct lightweight user research including usability testing and interviews
- Advocate for design excellence and help build a strong product culture
What you'll need
- 4+ years of experience shipping products in a startup environment
- Deep experience designing for both web dashboards and mobile apps
- Advanced proficiency in Figma for efficient team collaboration
- Strong product sense with understanding of business logic and tradeoffs
- Ability to clearly articulate design decisions to leadership and engineering
- Self-starter capable of working with minimal oversight
Nice to have
- Experience as one of the first designers at a startup
- Familiarity with CRM or MarTech ecosystems like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Background in designing enterprise or workflow-heavy products
- Experience conducting user research and participating in customer calls
- Basic graphic design skills for web assets and simple illustrations
