You will drive product growth by taking full ownership of design, from initial research and wireframing to final UI execution. Working closely with leadership, engineering, and the Creative Director, you will ensure the product aligns with brand standards while scaling to meet business goals.
This position suits a strategic leader who thrives with autonomy and is ready to build a design team as the company expands. You will maintain design systems, conduct user testing, and keep the product competitive in the B2B verification space.
What you'll do
- Lead the full design lifecycle from concept and research to prototyping and UI
- Collaborate with leadership and engineering to shape the next product generation
- Partner with the Creative Director to maintain brand aesthetic consistency
- Maintain and improve design systems, guidelines, and documentation
- Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance intuitiveness
- Drive design improvements autonomously without daily guidance
- Monitor industry trends in B2B and customer verification
What you'll need
- At least five years of product design experience, preferably in startups
- Proven expertise in designing complex B2B workflows
- Experience in customer verification or fraud prevention is ideal
- Self-starter capable of managing projects with minimal oversight
- Strong portfolio showing design process and real-world impact
- Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and systems
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles for web and mobile
