Join Yendo's Growth Team to craft intuitive experiences that help users access fair credit. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to refine the application funnel and integrate AI into design workflows.

What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end design from concept to execution for mobile and web
- Create flows, mockups, and prototypes to communicate user needs
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and data scientists on goals
- Evolve the design system for accessibility and scalability
- Implement best practices in AI-supported product development
- Conduct user research and translate insights into design choices
- Mentor junior designers and uphold high craft standards
- Develop deep understanding of finance industry dynamics
What you'll need
- 7+ years of experience designing digital products end-to-end
- Portfolio showing interaction design, systems thinking, and mobile work
- Experience designing for accessibility standards (a11y)
- Proficiency in conducting moderated and unmoderated usability testing
- Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions with data
- High proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
- Experience influencing stakeholders across disciplines
- Direct experience in Growth or application funnels preferred
Nice to have
- Experience working in fintech, payments, or financial services
- Previous experience implementing AI in product development cycle
- Examples of contributing to scalable design systems
