Injective Labs contributes to the Injective blockchain, an interoperable platform optimized for decentralized finance applications. The team builds infrastructure that integrates with Ethereum, Cosmos, and Solana to support rapid development of financial tools.
As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead design initiatives for web products and DApps. You will collaborate with engineering and product leaders to craft user-centric solutions and maintain design systems in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Lead design projects through the entire product lifecycle and multiple launches
- Influence product strategy and execution quality across teams
- Partner with engineering and business units to solve design challenges
- Incorporate user feedback into product-design strategies
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product design systems
- Produce concepts and prototypes ranging from low-fi sketches to pixel-perfect details
What you'll need
- At least six years of experience in UI/UX design roles
- Previous professional experience working in the crypto industry
- Advanced proficiency with Figma for interface design
- Proven track record building consumer-facing mobile and web products
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
- Strong foundation in UX heuristics and information design
- Deep knowledge of graphic design principles including typography and layout
- Ability to communicate effectively in cross-functional, energetic teams
- Located in North America, South America, or European time zones
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite tools
- Prior experience working at a centralized or decentralized exchange
