MaintainX, now part of Autodesk Operations Solutions, seeks a Senior Product Designer to shape its AI-first product experience. You will partner with cross-functional teams to transform complex industrial workflows into intuitive tools for maintenance technicians and facility managers.
The role demands end-to-end ownership of design processes across web and mobile platforms. You will leverage AI tools to enhance your workflow while building scalable design systems that support millions of managed assets globally.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end design for AI-powered features on web and mobile
- Simplify complex workflows for frontline industrial users
- Translate ambiguous AI problems into testable design solutions
- Contribute to the design system ensuring consistency and scale
- Present design rationale and integrate stakeholder feedback
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate and improve design output quality
What you'll need
- At least six years of product design experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record designing AI-powered features like agents
- Strong visual and interaction design skills with attention to detail
- Systems thinking approach to identify patterns and reuse components
- Excellent communication skills for articulating design intent
- Expert level of spoken and written English required
