Join Docplanner's global product team to make healthcare more human by optimizing digital experiences for patients and specialists. You will drive long-term design strategy while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance usability across web and mobile applications.
What you'll do
- Influence long-term product strategy alongside leadership
- Conduct user research and analyze data for UX improvements
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
- Test solutions with users and iterate based on feedback
- Collaborate with developers and product managers
- Monitor product performance to optimize user experience
What you'll need
- Proven experience in creating digital product interfaces
- Portfolio demonstrating strong product design skills
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Understanding of web and mobile development principles
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with user research and stakeholder evaluation
