Join Tremendous as a Senior Product Designer to enhance the quality and consistency of the platform's user experience. You will work horizontally across the dashboard and recipient flows, focusing on navigation, micro-interactions, and the core design system.
This Foundations role involves setting high standards for UI and UX, ensuring the product remains intuitive and competitive. You will partner closely with engineering to implement polished designs and cover projects for teams without dedicated designers.
What you'll do
- Elevate product craft across dashboard and recipient experiences
- Refine navigation, information architecture, and empty states
- Design motion, micro-interactions, and transitions
- Own and improve the design system with clear documentation
- Set a concrete vision for product foundations and UX quality
- Handle small projects for pods without embedded designers
- Partner with engineers to implement designs using AI prototyping
- Write and own copy within your design deliverables
What you'll need
- At least 8 years of product design experience
- Proven background in B2B product design
- Strong visual design, UI, and motion skills shown in portfolio
- Experience owning and improving a design system
- Background in information architecture and product vision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency using AI tools for prototyping and design
