Join Wrapbook as a Senior Product Designer II to shape the experience of their AI platform for production finance. You will take ownership of broad, cross-cutting work, defining structure and clarity for cohesive experiences across systems where no clear solution exists upfront.
This senior individual contributor role involves setting the quality bar for the team, grounding decisions in evidence, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate research and validation. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research to align on deliverables and influence direction early in the process.
What you'll do
- Own a product area end-to-end with minimal direction, framing loosely defined problems.
- Ground design decisions in evidence using Pendo, Dovetail, and user research.
- Synthesize competing signals from data and stakeholders to drive prioritization.
- Create implementation-ready deliverables including specs, flows, and edge cases.
- Introduce AI skills and agentic workflows to cut repetitive work and accelerate validation.
- Shape collaboration structures and influence decisions before requirements harden.
- Mentor designers through actionable feedback and maintain accurate status in Linear.
What you'll need
- 8+ years of experience in UX or product design across multiple core disciplines.
- Track record of leading broad, cross-cutting work from definition to delivery.
- Experience owning metric-driven understanding of a product area using research tools.
- Strong prioritization judgment to synthesize inputs into a defensible point of view.
- Deep design system fluency and high standards for documentation and craft.
- Fluency in AI tools like Claude, Figma, and Cursor for building reusable workflows.
- Exceptional collaboration skills to align Product, Engineering, and Research teams.
