Reporting directly to the CTO, you will drive the adoption of AI features and create new products in the AI Search space. Your focus will be on improving customer growth and retention through strategic product development and innovation.
You will lead a distributed team of product managers and collaborate with senior leadership to achieve ambitious business objectives. The role requires leveraging AI tools for ideation, discovery, and validation within a SaaS environment.
What you'll do
- Define and execute product roadmap for AI-powered and AEO/GEO features
- Analyze market trends and data to identify growth and innovation opportunities
- Lead exploration and implementation of cutting-edge AI technologies
- Implement strategies to use product as a driver for acquisition and retention
- Utilize AI tools for product ideation, discovery, and validation processes
- Manage and mentor a global team of product managers
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams
- Establish metrics to measure success and inform data-driven decisions
- Communicate product vision and progress to senior leadership
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of product management experience with focus on growth
- Recent experience leveraging true AI capabilities in product roles
- Proven track record of launching and scaling high-growth products
- Deep understanding of AI technologies in a SaaS environment
- Strong analytical skills with ability to use data for decision-making
- Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience leading and managing high-performing product teams
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and growth strategies
