You will define product vision and manage high-impact initiatives from discovery through launch. Working with engineering, design, and support, you will translate customer insights into a prioritized roadmap that enhances operational efficiency and platform scalability for veterinary organizations.
What you'll do
- Define and own product strategy, translating company goals into a clear roadmap
- Lead complex cross-functional projects from discovery to launch and iteration
- Synthesize qualitative feedback and quantitative data to inform strategic decisions
- Monitor KPIs and lead initiatives to improve adoption, engagement, and retention
- Partner with engineering and design to align on requirements and success metrics
- Create detailed product requirement documents, user stories, and technical specs
- Oversee QA processes and define acceptance criteria for high-quality delivery
- Mentor junior product managers and influence stakeholders across departments
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of progressive product management experience
- Proven track record delivering strategic initiatives in SaaS or tech environments
- Strong ability to define product strategy and manage multi-quarter roadmaps
- Advanced analytical skills with experience defining KPIs and using data tools
- Experience writing PRDs, leading sprint planning, and managing backlogs
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Deep commitment to understanding user workflows through research and interviews
- Strong understanding of technical architecture, APIs, and system design
