You will own the Admin Workflows area of 1Password's Enterprise Password Manager, championing API-first design to help organizations manage security at scale. The role involves shaping roadmaps for admin dashboards, reporting, notification systems, and agentic capabilities while collaborating with engineering and design teams.
What you'll do
- Own the roadmap for admin capabilities, dashboards, and reporting features
- Champion API-centric workflows to support enterprise-scale management
- Connect platform decisions to customer needs and business outcomes
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams on product strategy
- Define requirements and prioritize tasks using qualitative and quantitative data
- Train internal teams including sales and support during product launches
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B or enterprise software
- Proven track record of shipping features that drive business impact
- Experience building workflows, dashboards, or APIs for IT administrator personas
- Strong technical depth in API-first design and developer documentation
- Background in cybersecurity is required
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to inspire cross-functional teams and remove roadblocks
