Join Viz.ai as a Senior Product Manager to build AI-powered tools that improve pulmonary care. You will leverage your clinical background to define problems, set roadmaps, and guide products from concept to clinic usage.
Reporting to the Pulmonary product leader, you will partner with clinical and engineering teams to ensure solutions are evidence-based and effectively integrated into hospital workflows.
What you'll do
- Own pulmonary care pathways end to end, from problem definition to launch
- Translate clinical guidelines into patient criteria and workflow designs
- Lead discovery visits with care teams to identify prioritized problems
- Develop requirements and success measures with product and engineering
- Monitor post-launch usage and drive improvements based on feedback
- Partner with Clinical team and CMO on validation and evidence generation
- Prototype and test ideas using design and AI-assisted tools
What you'll need
- MD/DO with completed specialty training in pulmonary medicine
- Active or previously held medical licensure
- 3+ years of clinical practice in pulmonary medicine
- Outpatient experience with COPD and asthma management preferred
- Track record of improving clinical workflows or implementing software
- Working knowledge of pulmonary guidelines and health system pathways
- Familiarity with EHR workflows, preferably Epic
Nice to have
- Experience running COPD, asthma, or lung cancer screening programs
- Background in clinical AI validation or FDA CDS guidance
- Experience partnering with pharma or life sciences companies
- 2+ years of product management or digital health experience
