Grid provides end-to-end verification solutions that help financial institutions streamline customer onboarding. As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the vision and execution of the VAAS platform, working with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and efficient products.
You will manage the full product lifecycle, from market research and roadmap planning to launch and performance analysis. The ideal candidate brings deep fintech experience and a strong focus on user-centric design and compliance.
What you'll do
- Define product vision and strategy aligned with company goals
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
- Create roadmaps and prioritize features based on business value
- Lead engineering, design, and marketing teams to launch products
- Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to delivery
- Write detailed specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align goals
- Advocate for users by analyzing feedback and pain points
- Work with designers to ensure seamless user experiences
- Track KPIs and use data to optimize product performance
- Monitor fintech trends, regulations, and fraud technologies
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience
- At least 3 years of experience in the Fintech industry
- Proven track record of launching successful fintech products
- Strong understanding of banking, payments, or financial services
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple projects
- Exceptional communication with technical and non-technical groups
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Jira, or Trello
