Andela connects companies with global technical talent through its Talent Cloud platform. As a Senior Product Manager, you will take full ownership of this internal platform, driving prioritization, feature development, and quality assurance. You will work at the intersection of staffing and software development, leveraging AI to enhance platform capabilities and reduce operational friction.
What you'll do
- Own day-to-day management of the Andela Talent Cloud platform
- Prioritize features for clients, operations, and talent users
- Eliminate off-platform workarounds to reduce operational costs
- Build and maintain metrics to guide product decisions
- Partner closely with operations to identify key business needs
- Ensure high quality standards and manage customer communications
- Guide the strategic application of AI within the platform
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience with a clear track record
- Experience managing platforms where operations teams are core users
- Background in companies with at least $50M revenue is preferred
- Deep curiosity and hands-on experience with modern AI tooling
- Strong initiative and ability to drive problems to completion
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and questioning skills
- Availability for 6 hours daily overlap with US West Coast time
Nice to have
- Experience with ATS, recruiting, or staffing-tech platforms
- Background in assessment, training, or learning systems
- Hands-on use of AI-native development tools like Claude Code
