You will own the roadmap for software tools that help dental practices manage accounts and interact with Dandy’s core services. Working with engineering, design, finance, and operations, you will build solutions that simplify complex workflows and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple geographies.
What you'll do
- Define and execute a multi-year strategy for practice-facing tools
- Build intuitive software that simplifies complex tasks for staff
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align on product priorities
- Ensure financial systems meet tax and regulatory standards globally
- Evaluate integrations with payment processors and practice management systems
- Use data metrics to identify trends and eliminate user friction
What you'll need
- At least 4 years of product management experience
- Background in B2B SaaS or practice-facing software preferred
- Technical fluency with APIs, data flows, and system architecture
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting operational data
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder needs
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical requirements
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare, dental, or practice management domains
- Familiarity with payment gateways and ERP systems
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks
- Experience building software for global market expansion
