You will own the strategy and roadmap for a high-impact area of Runpod’s AI platform, focusing on revenue growth and customer adoption. Working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and leadership, you will translate market insights into products that strengthen the company's competitive position.
The role requires deep analytical rigor and customer empathy to define target markets and build business cases. You will measure success by shipping capabilities that improve retention, expansion, and overall platform value.
What you'll do
- Execute multi-quarter product strategy tied to revenue and retention goals
- Define target markets and customer personas using research and data
- Build business cases including ROI analysis and competitive dynamics
- Manage a KPI-driven roadmap with clear success metrics
- Track key metrics such as churn, gross margin, and feature engagement
- Conduct customer discovery to validate product direction
- Partner with engineering and design to deliver scalable capabilities
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams on pricing and launch planning
What you'll need
- 6+ years of product management experience
- Background in technical, infrastructure, or AI/ML products
- Experience operating products at significant scale
- Strong ability to connect strategy to revenue growth
- Deep analytical skills for defining KPIs and analyzing funnels
- Comfort with technical domains like APIs and cloud platforms
- Proven cross-functional partnership with engineering and sales
- Excellent communication skills for executive narratives
