As a Senior Product Manager at ClickUp, you will own the vision and delivery for a defined part of the product. You are expected to be a builder who prototypes ideas using AI tools like Cursor and Claude, rather than just managing workflows.
The team values speed and leverage, aiming to reduce the time between identifying a problem and shipping a solution. You will collaborate with engineering and design while using data and customer signals to guide your roadmap.
What you'll do
- Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery for a specific product surface
- Conduct continuous discovery using AI agents to synthesize data
- Write clear PRDs and specs to align engineering and design teams
- Define success metrics and iterate based on post-launch data
- Prototype concepts independently using Cursor and Claude Code
- Collaborate cross-functionally without needing process management
- Present roadmap updates and results to leadership and stakeholders
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of shipping features from concept to launch
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to defend decisions
- High customer empathy and ability to identify real user needs
- Comfortable defining metrics and making data-driven arguments
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Daily user of AI tools with a desire to expand proficiency
