Join Dandy as a Senior Product Manager focused on the Crown and Bridge customer experience. You will translate complex internal CAD processes into intuitive software for dentists, enabling them to influence design outcomes with confidence.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive the roadmap for features such as interactive 3D previews and real-time AI crown generation. Your work ensures that digital designs result in perfect physical fits through close collaboration with technical and operational teams.
What you'll do
- Define and own the product roadmap for specific areas like bridges or veneers
- Translate internal design workflows into intuitive dentist-facing experiences
- Align CAD engineering, machine learning, UX, and manufacturing teams
- Conduct customer discovery and competitive analysis to guide strategy
- Manage full product lifecycle from concept to launch in live labs
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to measure impact and refine products
What you'll need
- At least four years of product management experience
- Experience managing software products from MVP to general release
- Background in tech-driven physical products or operational software
- Ability to switch between high-level strategy and detailed specifications
- Strong empathy for clinical end-users and their workflows
Nice to have
- Previous experience in Dental or MedTech industries
- Familiarity with operationally complex, tech-driven products
