You will lead product strategy and execution for WarMatrix, a suite of wargaming tools bridging warfighter experience with physics-based simulation. Working with domain experts and engineers, you will transform complex technical capabilities into trusted products for high-stakes environments.
What you'll do
- Own product strategy and execution from discovery through delivery
- Conduct customer interviews and observe workflows to build empathy
- Define vision, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned with goals
- Translate user needs into clear requirements and initiatives
- Partner with Design to validate concepts before development
- Collaborate with Engineering on tradeoffs and prioritization
- Use data to evaluate performance and improve user outcomes
What you'll need
- Experience owning B2B or enterprise software products end-to-end
- Ability to rapidly learn new industries and technical domains
- Strong customer discovery and user research skills
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Eng and Design
- Systems thinking to simplify complex technical concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance
Nice to have
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Background in simulation, geospatial, or defense tech
- Experience with AI platforms or developer tools
- Technical background in architecture or distributed systems
- Experience launching products in early-stage environments
