You will serve as the single-threaded owner for Supervisory Billing, a feature enabling provisionally licensed therapists to practice under supervision. Your goal is to grow this existing revenue stream into a major business unit while improving operational efficiency.
The team is reimagining mental healthcare by automating administrative barriers. You will drive strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for this product, potentially launching a marketplace to connect supervisors with supervisees across all 50 states.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for Supervisory Billing
- Drive expansion into new states and payer networks to grow addressable market
- Maximize operational efficiency to support scaling to thousands of customers
- Design and launch new growth products, including a supervisor-supervisee marketplace
- Act as the directly responsible individual for cross-functional mandates
What you'll need
- General manager mindset with experience growing product revenue significantly
- Proven track record of expanding market footprint to new customer segments
- Experience building products from zero to one
- Comfortable leading large cross-functional initiatives as the primary owner
