Join tem as a Senior Product Manager for Rosso, their AI-native energy transaction platform. You will work closely with ML and engineering teams to solve complex problems in forecasting, pricing optimization, and portfolio balancing. The role involves managing live financial risk and driving commercial outcomes in a fast-growing startup environment.
What you'll do
- Translate business needs into shipped product features
- Define success criteria for ML models and forecasts
- Manage portfolio balancing and imbalance risks
- Drive product decisions from discovery to release
- Analyze data to inform product and business decisions
- Collaborate with full-stack teams including data scientists
What you'll need
- Proven track record in end-to-end product execution
- Experience in energy, financial, or fintech trading
- Strong understanding of hedging and financial risk
- Proficiency in data analysis and ML-literate mindset
- Experience in high-growth startup or scaleup environments
- Excellent written communication and structured thinking
Nice to have
- Hands-on energy trading experience (intraday/day-ahead)
- Background in two-sided marketplace forecasting
- Experience with international expansion or regulated industries
- Knowledge of battery optimization or EV trading
