Join the Security Team at ClickHouse to drive the adoption of modern security processes and tooling. You will support engineering and product teams in improving the security of platforms and services, focusing on application, cloud, and enterprise security.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with engineering on threat modeling and secure feature implementation
- Identify and triage vulnerabilities in ClickHouse Cloud and OSS products
- Manage bug bounty programs, pentests, and fuzzing activities
- Drive usage of static and dynamic code analysis tools
- Handle information security incidents across products and services
- Develop automation and tooling to scale security processes
What you'll need
- Experience in threat assessments and security assurance for distributed systems
- Strong knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with Cilium and Crossplane
- Experience operating engineering security tools like Snyk or Semgrep
- Significant development and automation experience
- Ability to work with C++ code is preferred
Nice to have
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Previous contributions to open source projects
- Security or cloud related certifications
